Who we are

This website is run by NIVOZ, a one-person design studio based in Israel. NIVOZ is responsible for the personal information described here (the “controller” in privacy-law terms). You can reach us through the contact form on this site.

What we collect

When you write to us. The contact form asks for your name, your email address and your message. You decide what to write; please do not include anything sensitive that we do not need to answer you.

When you visit. Like every website, the server that delivers these pages to you automatically records basic technical information about each request: your IP address, your browser and device type, the page requested and the time. This is kept by our hosting provider to run the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use it to identify you or to follow you around the web.

What we do not collect

• This site sets no cookies. The only thing it keeps on your device is your sound setting (on or off) and whether you have already seen the sound hint - saved in your own browser, never sent to us, and cleared whenever you clear your browser’s site data.
• There is no analytics, no advertising, and no social-media tracking pixels.
• Our fonts and code are served from our own host, so visiting this site sends no information to any other company.

How we use it

We use what you send through the form only to reply to you and, if we work together, to discuss and carry out your project. We rely on your request to us (and on our legitimate interest in answering it) to do so. The technical server records are used only to keep the site running and secure.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, we do not use it for marketing without your clear permission, and we do not make automated decisions about you.

Who else handles it

This site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which also receives contact form submissions on our behalf and forwards them to our email inbox. Netlify is based in the United States, so your information may be stored or processed outside Israel and outside the European Union. Netlify protects such transfers with recognised safeguards, including the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages for as long as we need them to answer you and to handle any work that follows. Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within two years. Server records are kept by our host for a limited time and then deleted automatically.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• show you the information we hold about you;
• correct it if it is wrong;
• delete it;
• stop using it, or give you a copy of it.

These rights come from Israel’s Privacy Protection Law and, if you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, from the GDPR. To use them, write to us through the contact form and we will answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or to the data protection authority where you live.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to messages is limited to us. No method of sending information over the internet is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect what you send us.

Links to other sites

Our case studies link to the live websites we built for our clients. Those sites belong to them and have their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

Changes to this policy

If the way we handle information changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. We will never start using your information in a new way without telling you.
